Thank you for shopping at Saharsh. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund according to the policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:
• The item delivered is damaged or defective
• You received the wrong product
• The item has a manufacturing defect
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• Be unused and unwashed
• Be in original packaging
• Have all tags attached
• Include the original invoice or proof of purchase
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Custom tailored sherwani or suits
• Altered or modified clothing
• Items purchased on final sale or clearance
• Items damaged due to improper use by the customer
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide:
• Order number
• Product photos (if damaged or incorrect) - Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

4. Return Shipping
• If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to size issues or customer preference, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
5. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
• Different sizes
• Defective or damaged items
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.
7. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
