All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

6. Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders within 7 business days after order confirmation.
For standard products, the normal delivery time is approximately 7 business days from the date of dispatch.

For hand-worked or customized products (such as hand-embroidered sherwani or suits), the exact delivery date will be confirmed during the order process, as these items require additional preparation time.

Delivery time may vary depending on:
• Customer location
• Courier service availability
• Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product if:
• The product is defective
• The wrong item was delivered

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Items such as custom tailored sherwanis or altered suits may not be eligible for return. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.

8. Size & Fit
Customers are advised to check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
We are not responsible for incorrect size selection by the customer.
